1. Master Agreement & Acceptance
By creating an account, deploying, or utilizing the Opintell platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a manufacturing plant, corporation, or entity, you represent that you possess the requisite authority to bind that organization.
2. Industrial Data Rights & Vectorization
You retain complete, exclusive ownership of all uploaded documentation, PDF manuals, machine schematics, and internal SOPs.
• We do not use your proprietary documents to train public foundation models.
• Vector embeddings are stored with strict logical organization isolation in PostgreSQL pgvector.
• You grant Opintell only the limited operational license necessary to parse, embed, and retrieve data on your behalf.
3. Manufacturing Safety & Certified Human Oversight
While Opintell utilizes deterministic RAG to ground answers in your verified documentation, artificial intelligence is an assistive knowledge accelerator, not a substitute for licensed engineering judgment.
Before performing dangerous maintenance on high-voltage electrical panels, robotic cells, high-tonnage stamping presses, or chemical valves, operators must cross-check the highlighted citations and OEM documentation surfaced by the system.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The Opintell software, retrieval algorithms, user interfaces, and LiteLLM orchestration layers remain the exclusive intellectual property of Opintell. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable commercial law, Opintell and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from production downtime, machinery damage, or operational delays.
In no event shall Opintell's total aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by your organization for the Opintell services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
6. Termination & Cryptographic Wiping
You may cancel your workspace at any time. Upon account termination, Opintell triggers a complete cryptographic wipe: all PDF manuals are deleted from Cloudflare R2, and all associated text chunks and vector embeddings are permanently expunged from our PostgreSQL database within 72 hours.
